What do I need to provide to get started?
We can work with a variety of materials: photographs of your property (exterior shots from multiple angles work best), architectural plans or drawings, drone footage, or even just an address. The more reference material you can provide, the more detailed we can make your model.
What scales do you offer?
We typically work at scales between 1:50 and 1:200, depending on the size and complexity of your property. For a standard family home, 1:75 or 1:100 works well. For larger estates, 1:150 or 1:200 may be more appropriate. We will advise on the best scale for your project during the consultation.
How long does the process take?
Most projects are completed within 2-3 weeks from approval of the digital model. This includes 1 week for digital modelling, 1-2 weeks for printing and hand-finishing, and 2-3 days for quality checks and delivery. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee.
How much does a scale model cost?
Pricing depends on the scale, complexity, and level of detail required. Simple residential properties typically start from around £500, while larger or more complex properties may be £1,000 or more. We provide detailed quotes after our initial consultation.
What materials do you use?
We use premium UV-cured resin for our 3D printing, which provides exceptional detail and durability. Models are hand-painted with architectural-grade paints and sealed with a UV-resistant coating. Display bases are made from solid hardwood or acrylic, depending on your preference.
Can you include the garden and landscaping?
Yes, we can include gardens, driveways, trees, and other landscaping elements. We can also add miniature vehicles, garden furniture, or other details to bring your model to life. These are discussed during the consultation phase.
Do you only work with residential properties?
While our primary focus is on high-specification residential properties, we also work on commercial buildings, historic properties, and architectural projects. Please get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I see a preview before the model is made?
Absolutely. We provide detailed 3D renders of your model for approval before we begin printing. This allows you to request any adjustments and ensures you are completely happy with the design.
How is the model delivered?
Your model is carefully packaged in a custom presentation case with protective foam inserts. We use fully insured courier services for delivery within the UK. Collection can also be arranged.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on UK clients, but we can accommodate international shipping on request. Additional shipping costs and longer delivery times will apply.
